Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.

2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

Overview
YakAttack RotoGrip Phone Holder With 1" Screwball Track Mount
This version of the RotoGrip Phone Holder includes a Universal Smartphone Harness and Tether, track-mounted 1” Screwball, and 2.5” long Ball Connector. The Screwball is compatible with all YakAttack GearTrac, MightyMounts, and most other factory installed kayak track systems.
Built into the phone holder is our 1” ball system that allows for easy articulation to achieve a wide variety of positions. The 1” ball mount on the back of the phone holder is also used to adjust the width of the frame and retention wheels. Pulling against the ball releases the spring-loaded gear and allows you to twist clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the width to your phone. To find the correct position for your phone, adjust the arms so that your phone is securely held in place. Your phone should roll firmly into place with one-handed operation when the settings are correct.
The included Universal Smartphone Harness and Tether features a flexible and grippy silicone interface, this harness accommodates devices with or without a case, ensuring that your phone is snugly held in place. Included with the harness is a coiled coated steel tether (9" coiled, 48" fully stretched) with locking carabiner. The carabiner is designed to attach to the tether point found on the frame of the phone holder giving you extra peace of mind that you phone is safe and sound. Engineered for ease of use, the harness allows for effortless access to your phone’s functions and is designed to not interfere or block the camera lens.
