We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:

  • Hobie branded products
  • Point 65 N kayaks (an oversized fee applies)
  • Oversized items that ship using freight services
  • Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
  • International orders (shipping outside the USA)

Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS or USPS to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.

Does Outdoorplay ship to Canada?

Yes, we offer shipping to Canada. See our International Shipping page for more information. Certain brands may not allow sales outside of the USA. This will be noted on the product page, as well as at checkout.

Does Outdoorplay offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free economy shipping on most orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Exclusions apply to some brands like Hobie and Point 65 N, oversized items like kayaks, Hawaii/Alaska/US Territories, APO/FPO and international orders.

What carriers does Outdoorplay ship with?

We offer methods from UPS and USPS.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your delivery date will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your shipping address. For economy and ground shipping options, transit times may range from 1-10 days and delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you need your order sooner, choose an expedited shipping method with a guaranteed transit time, like UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air®.
International shipping methods will take longer, up to 3 weeks depending on the method and delivery address.

Does Outdoorplay ship to PO boxes?

We can usually ship to a PO box if you select a USPS shipping method at checkout. However, if the item(s) you are trying to order are very large, this may not be possible. If we are not able to ship to a PO box, you will receive a message at checkout letting you know that we need a physical address. Contact us if you need special arrangements.

It has been a while since I placed my order and I have not received my tracking number. What should I do?

Give us a call at 1-800-994-4327 or contact us and we can look into your order status. Most orders ship out within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

I received my tracking number but it says “shipment status not available.” What’s going on?

Sometimes it can take a couple of hours for the carrier’s website to update when a tracking number is first created in their system. Try the link again in a couple of hours. If you are still seeing the status not available message after 24 hours, reach out to the carrier or contact us and we can help track down your package.

Why don’t I see the rate I want listed at checkout?

The shipping methods available to your address may vary based on carrier coverage in your area. Certain products may only be eligible for shipping via ground methods if they are hazardous or contain liquids. These kinds of restrictions will be noted on the product pages.
