Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.

We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. The contour fit is the best !
I use a waterproof phone case for the car key.
The new contour fit is excellent. Very trim in all the right places.
(There is just enough room in the shoulder strap garage for a small ish, tethered, car key)

Well I haven't fell out of my boat yet but I do use it. Seems tough & durable though. Came with my kayak so I was grateful it was included. However I do find it hard to sit comfortably in my kayak in it & I find I slip down quite a bit when I wear it to where I'm almost lying down.

For the money this is a pretty good option for recreational paddlers. At the $50 price point these blow away the big box store offerings of ski type lifejackets that just aren't suited to kayaking.
I'm 6'2 and 220 lbs, the L/XL size fits me great and would easily fit someone bigger. Most important things first, it's comfortable enough to actually wear and I didn't find it uncomfortable with my kayak's seat. Oh yeah, it also floats me reasonably well. That's probably worth mentioning in a review for a PFD.
The sleek appearance comes at a cost though, with a total lack of any attachment points or pockets of any kind. I don't normally feel the need to carry a ton of **** with me on the river but the ability to maybe stash my phone in a front pocket is something I've gotten used to with other paddling vests. Other minor annoyances, no good way to deal with the excessively long shoulder strap ends, and at least a small D ring or loop attachment point for a light or whistle would have been nice to see.
Overall, a perfectly functional paddling jacket at a nice price point if you get it on sale. Not sure I'd recommend it at full price. If you want a storage pocket NRS sells this same jacket with one as the Ion model

great design and love the green color! quick release side buckets are very nice for getting off and on. Vest doesn't ride up when you end up in the drink! smooth front allows for no hangups when climbing back in surfski.
