Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.

NRS Neutron SL Packraft
Features and Specifications:
- 70D dual-sided TPU-coated seat is ultra-durable, highly packable, and much less susceptible to over inflation in the heat or direct sun.
- TIZIP® stern closure creates fully waterproof, easy-to-access storage and decreases deflation time.
- Self-bailing floor continually releases water, increasing maneuverability in splashier waters.
- Overlapping, RF-welded seams are further sealed with interior taping to create an incredibly strong mechanical bond for fail-proof air retention.
- Highly durable PVC-free nylon has an internal and external TPU coating, increasing air retention in case of abrasion.
- TPU-coated nylon is easily repairable, extending product life.
- Vertex Pro Three Point Thigh Straps provide advanced comfort and control.
- Vertex Pro Backband and Backband Throw Rope keep your throw rope safely out of the way when paddling. Quick-release strap adapts backband for on-person throw rope access when scouting or portaging.
- Custom aluminum hardware and anti-spin aluminum D-rings provide secure attachment points for thigh straps and on-water essentials.
- Leafield D7M valves reduce packed size and weight, provide reliable, hassle-free inflation, and are easy to maintain.
- Tubes feature two internal, welded self-fabric lash tabs for securing gear and maintaining optimal balance on multiday trips.
- 1" nylon webbing loops in the bow and stern permit the addition of a safety line and provide additional attachment points for personal gear.
- For optimum performance—especially with heavier loads or bigger whitewater—use a pump to bring your NRS packraft up to pressure. We recommend the K-Pump Mini (Item # 80075.01).
