Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.

2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

Note: The base of the carrier has a rectangular cutout that has been included for square cross bar fit. This cutout does not affect the fit or function of the carriers when installed on round or oval shaped cross bars.
Note: Includes two lengths of installation hardware (hex bolts). Crossbars can vary in thickness and having two lengths to choose from allows you to select the best fit for your application. We recommend you retain the unused set of hardware for future use with a different vehicle or crossbars.

This rack system works well. Just follow instructions. Warning though it was not meant for long rainy conditions so take it off your car when raining heavily or for long periods of rain. the Straps will accumulate moisture and soak the inside roof of your car leaving water stains. No misconceptions, manufacturer tells you this. It is your call. I put a piece of tape on the door jam of each door that indicates were to line up and place brackets so I dont have to remeasure were to mount racks. Once you get into the routine of taking racks on and off it only takes 10 minutes to do so. That isnt bad for a temporary removable rack system. It does the job securely.
