Bought this for our rafting trip on the Snake River near Alpine Wyoming. Some years it is a level three this year probably only a two. Regardless it is fun.
Used this bag with kids who were cliff jumping. There is a bend in the river where if you jump out too far the current will pull you away. My son jumped too far, this easily made the 40 foot throw to reach him. He was extremely relieved once the rope was in his hand.
On a technical note the bag has an excellent design that makes restuffing the rope very easy, which is a must between throws to get distance.
