What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.
- Due to shipping restrictions, some items may only be shipped via ground services as noted on the product page.

International Shipping (outside the USA):
We currently ship to happy customers throughout the world using UPS and USPS methods (not all methods available in all regions). Certain brands or products may have restrictions on shipping outside of the USA. These restrictions are noted on product pages and shipping methods will not be available at checkout for international addresses for these items.
- Please allow at least 3+ weeks for international orders to be received. Further delays are possible due to customs processing time.
- Shipping charges are applied at checkout and vary depending on the destination. Oversize and heavy items may require additional charges.

This is an extremely well-designed product. Light enough for car camping (and who's going to take it on the trail...that's not the point), but very sturdy, sets up quickly and sheds rain. Works extremely well on my teardrop camper, and the straps fit all the way around so I didn't have to add hooks to connect it.
