Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.

We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. Immersion Research Women's Sahalie Drysuit
Ladies deserve a properly fitting suit. So far, this pattern has been right-on-the-money for lots of body types.
Features:
- Extremely rugged, four-layer heavyweight waterproof/breathable nylon throughout. Lighter weight, yet remarkably tough four-layer waterproof/breathable nylon is used at the inner tunnel and socks to reduce bulk.
- Hook and loop outer tunnel closures provide a wide range of adjustability.
- Front relief zipper eliminates excess fabric for precise contact with outfitting and better mobility on tough hikes and scrambling.
- Flexible YKK™ Aquaseal®#10 main entry and relief zippers deliver dependable dryness. T-grip zipper pulls allow for easy operation.
- Premium quality natural latex bellows-style neck and conical wrist seals are designed specifically for high-performance dry suits. Gaskets are glued in for a reliable seal and easy replacement. Neck and wrist gaskets feature sizing rings so they can be trimmed to fit.
- Neoprene neck and wrist overcuffs protect the latex gaskets from UV, sharp objects, abrasion, and act as a semi-dry seal in the case of a gasket tear.
- 38mm heavy duty nylon external belt is secured by a low profile dual adjust Duraflex® buckle that’s easy to operate with cold hands.
- In an effort to reduce plastic consumption, this suit comes packaged in a recycled oversized bag made from used billboard vinyl.

PRODUCT CARE:
- Hang to dry and avoid prolonged periods of direct sunlight if possible.
- Only store your suit for periods when the suit is 100% dry.
- Can be machine washed ONLY in a front loading washer on cool through a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hand-washing is preferred for safety.
- Try to keep dirt and grit away from suit zippers for longevity.
- If used in saltwater, rinse with fresh water immediately after use.
