Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

- Transit time does not include the day the package ships.
- Our warehouse ships orders Monday - Friday, and usually ships within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Reminder: Transit times for standard methods are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Packages typically ship out from our warehouse within 1 business day, but high shipping volumes and carrier issues including staffing, sorting and machining may cause delays during transit with standard methods. If you need your package by a certain date, choose a shipping method with a guaranteed transit time (Next Day Air).
Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.
- Due to shipping restrictions, some items may only be shipped via ground services as noted on the product page.

Package Protection/Claims:
We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. - 3-layer waterproof/breathable shell with 100% PCW recycled polyester face fabric with C6 DWR finish
- Booties, seat, knees and ankle cuffs reinforced with abrasion-resistant Devil's Club 3-layer nylon
- A one-piece super sticky neoprene tunnel provides a dry seal and reduces bulk
- Rear ear-entry YKK AquaSeal entry zipper with large, easy to find zipper pull
- A front YKK AquaSeal relief zipper provides easy access for midday relief
- Latex neck and wrist gaskets are designed to be easily trimmed to size allowing a custom fit
- Volcano neoprene wrist cuffs protect conical latex gaskets make for easy ‘banana peel’ slip off
- Adjustable webbing belt secures the suit at the hip
- Manufacturer limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

PRODUCT CARE:
- Hang to dry and avoid prolonged periods of direct sunlight if possible.
- Only store your suit for periods when the suit is 100% dry.
- Can be machine washed ONLY in a front loading washer on cool through a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hand-washing is preferred for safety.
- Try to keep dirt and grit away from suit zippers for longevity.
- If used in saltwater, rinse with fresh water immediately after use.
