    BD Ultralight Cams

The new UL Cams from BD are light and strong. They changed the design of the sling, took material out of the lobes, changed the stem/trigger wire from the metal cord to dyneema and a couple other small changes. I ended up changing my racking biners out too and am happy with the weight/performance of my new rack. I'll update the durability after more climbs. At first I swapped out my 2015 C4's in some of the bigger sizes to the UL, slowly and eventually changing out most of the smaller sizes too.I'm still adjusting to the slings not being a solid color of the corresponding cam, not a big deal just something I was used to.

Nice set of cams, good weight to range ratio. The ergonomic thumb loop makes placement simple. The double axle is a very smooth system.
