Duh purchase is mandatory. New big cams are worth it! 6 is much wider and lighter. And generally more boss. 4 is light and compact enough to bring along more than not.

I bought a few of these to replace older versions that are getting run down. Was impressed out of the box. Noticeably lighter in hand, feel very stable, smooth retraction, and place well. I've been using BD Cams for 20 years, and this is the first design upgrade I was really excited by. These might finally force me to let go of my remaining second and third generation Camalots.

I love the new big cams. The number 4#,5#,6# are so much better compared to the previous version. The trigger keepers and the lightness make the difference. It is time to bring the big babies on the wall---->>>without feeling overloaded!!! Revolution
