Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.

Great product. I am happy with these new shoes. I am using them for kayaking. I have worn them over my bib pants ( the ones with the socks.) So I bought one size up. They are light, dry quickly, and have excellent soles - very grippy for walking on rocks on the beach. They are light and feel like minimalist running shoes so I have a good sense of my feet while paddling!

I started out with Astral boots, love them! Then the Loyak AC for the summer, same great river grip, light, flexible, and comfortable. Now I added the flip-flop/sandals, another perfect product! My wife has two of these and will get the boots this fall!

These are the best water shoes money can buy! I wear them for all my favorite river recreational activities including rafting, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and so much more. They are stylish, comfortable, and durable. They keep debri out like rocks and sand. I have got them super muddy and they clean up extremely well with a rinse from the hose. My husband had the Loyak shoes and they are awesome as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Astral water shoes, you will be not just satisfied but over the top impressed!
