Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.

I’m getting some Kokatat Hydrus launch socks (dry socks) over a pair of wool socks, finally with these hiyaks for cold weather extended SUP expeditions. I already live in the Hiyaks, and I wish Astral would make them with a solid- not a mesh- top for more wintry pursuits, or as a year round, flexible, ample toe box, minimalist type (but with plenty of support and so burly!) shoe that feels kung fu.

Best creeking shoe I've ever owned and I've tried many. Super light, pretty grippy sole and dries really fast. Also very comfy to walk in. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Astral did their homework on this one.

Older boater who's in and out of the river a lot as a river guide and rescue instructor. Soles are suitably high-traction on slippery surfaces; high-tops really support ankles. In my second season, they've proven fairly durable, with the only problem a tendency for the lace-guides to separate from the tongue. Don't ever stop making this shoe!

on my second pair- fit is good, i usually wear a size 11 for a hiking or tennis shoe- went with 12s for the extra space for socks and dry suit. high top means not worried about coming off when i swim- not the case with some of the other astrals
