I was hesitant at first to purchase this kayak, as there weren't many reviews anywhere. The promo video is what sold me on it. It was on back order, I believe, so it arrived later than I would have liked. However, once it was in, I received it within a few days at my doorstep. It was well-packaged to protect the product. It came in the black, draw-string duffle bag. It included the kayak, seat, a patch kit, fin and footrest. I laid it out and pumped it up to the approximate psi. Filling it was very quick. I purchased the Xcelerator pump, which had the correct valves, but the gauge didn't measure the psi. I liked how the valves fit in. There were no issues with the valves disconnecting. I'm gonna keep the pump and just feel if it's full enough, because the pump that was suggested didn't seem to have the correct valves. I didn't have any issues adjusting the bottom. I did notice later that the floor can be completely removed, which is great when you need to dry it out. It has lots of storage space. It'll be great when going on day trips and camping. Once on the water, it was smooth sailing (on a peaceful bayou). It says it can hold up to 300lbs., but my daughter and I got into it (almost 300lbs) and there were no issues. We could have easily added the weight of an ice chest or something. There was a little bit of side to side movement when paddling, but it still tracked well. It felt like it went pretty fast. Easy to assemble, very strong material. This is a great Kayak! It's light weight and you can easily glide through the water.
