We’re offering contactless Curbside Pickup. Some items ordered online may be available for curbside pickup. If an item is available for curbside pickup, you will be presented with the option during checkout. Most items available for curbside pickup are available within 24 hours of placing your order. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received, followed by a second email when your order has been processed and is ready for pick up.

Can I order online and pick up my order locally?
Yes! Our curbside pickup service makes it easy to shop online and pick up your order 1 Business Day after receipt at our local warehouse in Hood River, Oregon.
How does curbside pickup work?
Shop www.outdoorplay.com and add your selections to your cart. In checkout, select “Curbside Pickup” and place your order. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been processed with instructions on Curbside Pickup. You just need to pull into the designated “Curbside Pickup” parking spot, call the number listed on your email confirmation, sit back and relax and we’ll come to you. It’s that easy!
How will I know when my Curbside Pickup is ready?
You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready with instructions on how to pick up your order.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
You will need two things, your Photo ID & your order email confirmation.
Once I arrive, how do I get my Curbside Pickup order?
Here’s how it works:Pull into a designated “Curbside Pickup” parking spot and please stay in your vehicle.Notify us that you’ve arrived by calling our curbside pickup phone number located in your email confirmation.Show your order confirmation and photo ID through your window, pop the trunk, or unlock your backseat and your order will be given to you---all while observing social distancing.
How quickly will I get my order once I arrive?

Can I place a Curbside Pickup order directly with an employee at the warehouse?
Sorry, we aren’t offering the option for walk-in orders due to Covid-19. All Curbside Pickup orders must be placed online.
Is there designated parking for Curbside Pickup?
Yes! There are designated parking spots with signage for Curbside Pickup.
Is there a fee for Curbside Pickup?
There’s no fee for Curbside Pickup.
What are hours of Curbside Pickup?
Curbside Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 8am PST to 1pm PST.
How long will my order be held for?
We’ll hold your order for 4 days from the order placement – if you don’t make it in by then, we’ll automatically cancel the order and process a refund. If you can’t pick up your order within 4 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, contact our Customer Experience Team at 1-800-994-4327 or email@example.com or Contact Us to request a one-time extension. We will hold your order for another four days.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
We’ll cancel and refund your order back to the original form of payment.
How do I cancel my order?
- While the amount of time you have is limited to 1 hour, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Experience Team during business hours via chat, email, or by calling 1-800-994-4327 within 1 hour of your order being placed. Please visit our Contact Us page for hours.
- Note: We work hard to process your order quickly. If your order has already been processed, simply don’t pick it up and it will automatically be refunded after four days.
