Initial assembly (fixing wheels) is a bit problematic. Thule designers should go and learn from Ikea design team some basic of easy assembly rules, but once you have it done, this product delivers! Went twice to Hawaii from Chicago, bike always arrived without any problems. The box is sturdy, very light and American Airlines had no problems handling it. I'm not sure whether to congratulate American Airlines or Thule, but the box does not have any scratches on it, despite being loaded/unloaded from planes 8 times already. Curiously enough, TSA always inspects it for content, I always had a TSA letter inside of the box upon my arrival.

Good design & construction. I had to adjust some of the buckles/strapping as it wasn't 100% assembled properly. But this was pretty quick & simple once I discovered what needed to be adjusted. When rolling the fabric handle punched the hand slightly but that is to be expected slightly. I will insert a homemade PVC/Foam handle to make for a better handling experience. But this isn't necessary. It's still a good product for a good price.
