Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.

We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. Loving it so far! This is my first SUP so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, I would highly recommended it to anyone new to the sport. Very stable. I've taken it out on the Columbia River several times in the past few weeks during relatively high flows and feel completely comfortable with the performance.

We had two of these in our paddle club's demo fleet last summer. Great stability for beginners, but still enough zip for more advanced paddlers. cruises great in flatwater, and held up nicely to a summer's worth of lessons & demos. the toolless fin is also very handy.

I love this board! I got it specifically with the idea to be able to pack it in to a lake or other waterway and pack it out. With the provided backpack and pump you can take this board just about anywhere. When fully inflated this board feels and responds just like my traditional hard standup paddleboard - but is 100 times easier to get around as i don't need a roof rack or a larger vehicle to transport my board. I am super impressed with the design and build of this extremely reasonably priced and extremely durable board. You cannot go wrong with this board!

Love this iSUP! Great design. Paddles really nice. Everything on the board is where I would expect it to be. Fin mounting system works well. Backback/bag sized correctly (a little bigger than needed when iSUP is tightly rolled) so you can fit a paddle, extra gear, etc. Pump work well. Thanks Slingshot!
