It's very warm as a base layer and oh so cozy. I'm 5'9and the sleeves are long enough for me. I also really like the paddler cut to this - it's a really nice shape. Not too snug, but the curves are flattering and allow for lots of freedom of movement.

It's nice and warm and the material feels nice on your skin. I wear it for running, and it definitely keeps me warm.
