I haven't used them yet, but they fit perfectly and they're going to make a huge difference in my cold weather comfort. They'll also help expand my paddling season. They're a perfect match for the 1.5 jacket that I already have.
OutdoorPlay was the only outfitter who had them, in my size, in stock. They shipped them th next day and I got them a day later. Exactly as planned. A great piece of river gear! I wore these under a pair of shorts for five days in a row on a cold spring 2022 Owyhee River raft trip, including a lot of side hikes. They did the job keeping my lower body warm and dry. The inner fabric is very supple and comfortable next to the skin, no rubbing or skin irritations, does not feel clammy like the old-school neoprene garments . The outside fabric is different from the inner, more durable, and shows no damage from scrambling through brush and rocks. I now own both versions ( the shorts and the pants) and bought my wife a pair. Size runs small, i normally wear a medium but a large fits perfectly.
