Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

- Transit time does not include the day the package ships.
- Our warehouse ships orders Monday - Friday, and usually ships within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.
- Due to shipping restrictions, some items may only be shipped via ground services as noted on the product page.

Package Protection/Claims:
We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. The comparison to a glove compartment is pretty good. In my kayak I need to lean a bit forward to reach it, but it's not interfering with any motion or function whatsoever.
No boat ever had 'enough' organized storage space, and this bag helps.
I bought a bunch of stainless #8-32 fasteners, nuts, washers, and some sealing washers from a reputable hardware on-line shop and installed it in my roto-molded hull without issues.

I had previously bought the North Water Interior Cockpit Bags and liked the quality of those. No disappointment with the Underdeck Bag. Great quality, well thought-out design, and easy installation. Very handy in my sea kayak where I can spend 8 hours at a time in open water.

I primarily wanted it to slip my pump into so I don't have to have it on my deck. Had a hard time getting it glued to my NDK but the second one I put in my Valley screwed in easily with no leaks.
