Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

I am 6'1" tall and wear a size 32 men's pant. The medium size tunnel feels very snug around my stomach and ribs with just a rash guard, and I fear I may be uncomfortable when I layer winter clothing and a dry suit under it. I nearly exchanged for a larger size, but I called the Level 6 customer service team up, and they convinced me that the neoprene will loosen over time, and that the large would be too big.
With that said, if you are perhaps between sizes or don't like the idea of a tight fit on the tunnel, order a size up.
The 2mm neoprene tunnel is very warm and goes up to chest height on me. This is not a good option for summer paddling in warm climates unless you want to spend a lot of time practicing your roll to cool down. Shorter paddlers may want to find the 2025 version, which is trimmable.

High quality materials and water tight fit. Made to last for years of hard use. The stitched rand, (not glued) is a great upgrade.

The rubber rim forms a solid lock around the cockpit. When the neoprene is dry, it takes some effort to stretch it along the cockpit, especially the first time - which is exactly as it should be.
The tunnel is very tall, goes all the way to the undearams. Forms a snug sleeve around the body.
Nice to have a dry boat for a change!
The implosion bar is easily removable if not needed.
The construction seems very solid - should last for many years.
The "Ace of drops" decal was a nice touch.
