Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.

2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.

We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. It's a Super well built boot. Excellent stability and traction. Only issue, they are smaller than expected. I'd order at least one size bigger, especially if you wear good socks with cushioning.

I have been an arborist for six years. Of all the boots I've had; utility pole climbing boots, loggers, concrete boots, these are the best I've ever had. The sole is flexible and good for long hikes, which we frequently do following power lines through fields and neighborhoods, but they're stiff enough that your spikes don't hurt your feet after only thirty minutes of wearing them. Which is a big issue being faced with arborists.

I bought La Sportiva RSS Glacier Evo boots some time around 2010. I've needed them more this winter than the last few that's for sure! I was just putting some leather conditioner and new laces on them tonight when I took a really close look and realized that these boots are still mechanically in perfect condition. I brushed on the conditioner and literally help them under the faucet, and the water just ran right off. You could step in a 4-in deep puddle in these and stand there and your feet wouldn't get wet. I just noticed tonight that the tongue is removable, I never noticed this before because this is the first time I've conditioned them. These boots are so good that I went out of my way to find the closest thing that La Sportiva makes and leave this review. Don't even worry about the price because these boots will last two generations. Just hope they have the same size feet:)

I wore these boots out in the field when I worked for the parks. They are incredibly sturdy and durable and provide great support. I want to highlight that they work just as well for backpacking as they do for a day hike. They may seem a bit bulky for every day hiking situations but they’re actually fairly light weight. The traction and stability these boots provide leaves me on the most steep and uneven terrain practically ready to sprint through it! I’ve never worn boots that left me feeling that well protected on the trail. They will keep your feet nice and dry in muddy and wet conditions as well. I am a woman with wide feet and the toe box is just right on these.
