If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.

I'd never heard of these guys before and with the shoes I want being so much cheaper than I had found anywhere else, I had to double check with New Zealand's scam-awareness organisation whether the site was legit. So I was super happy when, even with pandemic delays on international shipping, my climbing shoes arrived in around 10 days.
The shoes themsleves, La Sportiva Futuras, are absolutely as amazing as advertised.

This is my third rock climbing shoe. I had the Muras right before these. I ended up going some sizes smaller. They already feel more comfortable from the start and fit better to my foot! The no edge sticks to everything would recommend these to anyone! I'm also a guy but these women's have a perfect fit! I really like the narrowness of the shoe!

I have been using this shoe for the last 3 years and I am so sad that mine are about ready to be retired. Don't get me wrong, These shoes could last a lot longer than 3 years if you want, but I abused me pair. In the gym, outdoor sport, and out door lead climbing these were the only pair of shoes I used. One plus of the fact that there is no edge is that your toes become even stronger because it is more your foot on the hold than the shoe itself. Many people still do not understand why one would use a climbing shoe without an edge and to give them credit, there are slight disadvantages of not having an edge. However, the Futura has its specialty and so does every other show. Bottom line is if you want a very high performing rock shoe that you always feel comfortable smearing onto a foot hold with, this is the shoe!
