Wearing a dry suit is a safety measure. I floated a six mile float in my packraft in a cold snowmelt stream. The bib rolled up easily and quickly with my Kokatat top and the roll wasn't bulky. The integrated socks are thin enough to wear in normal shoes. I wore thin socks and a thin baselayer since it was a warmer day. I tested by sitting in the water. I could feel the cold conducting but I stayed dry. Thicker socks and baselayer would be warmer. The fit is very roomy which you want if you are sitting since the fabric doesn't stretch. Easy to get into. The zipper front works.

I have not worn them yet but have tried them on and they seem to be a quality item just like everything else Kokatat makes.I am looking forward to using them this upcoming fall !

Pair these with a dry top and I am all set, wind, rain or cold they certainly do the job.
