Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
All sales on Used Items are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee for some returns (for example, when cleaning or reboxing is required, if you refuse to receive shipment, etc.), which will be deducted from your refund. Oversized items (very large or over 50 lbs.) will require us to manually arrange return shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Packages typically ship out from our warehouse within 1 business day, but high shipping volumes and carrier issues including staffing, sorting and machining may cause delays during transit with standard methods. Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.
- Due to shipping restrictions, some items may only be shipped via ground services as noted on the product page.

We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. I had used Stohlquist vests for years and when it was time to replace my Brik and Rescue vests, their new offerings were just not as good in my opinion. Astral just doesn’t fit me right, so I thought I would try Kokatat since I’ve loved their drysuits over the years. This vest did not disappoint. Quality materials, and great design with the totally removable rescue belt, and a flap that covers my folding resue knife to help keep it secure on it’s lash tab, and prevent snagging. Brilliant! One PFD to cover playboating and creeking! The vest is comfortable and does not ride up like the others I tried. Great job Kokatat and Outdoorplay!

So much lighter feeling than the other very popular brand Rescue vest. Rides lower, which I like. Great knife spot and flap. The precurved shape fits me well! And, lastly the size! I needed a XL and have a 48†chest so this was perfect while my other vest never felt right. Fast shipping, competitive prices, love outdoor play!

Hard to get on, but fits like a glove! Love the pockets and knife flap, knife doesn't get stuck on perimeter line anymore! Truly a great guiding pfd!!!
