    Great climbing pack

I was very impressed with this pack. I love the size and the narrow profile which allows my arms to move freely when I'm scrambling up to the base of a climb or when topping off. I like the size zipper that let's me access all my gear at once. The outer side is very rugged and I use it as a sitting pad when empty. the only thing I've had a minor issue is where the hip belt sits on my body. I ordered the M/L and it still sits a bit high with both shoulder straps on tight. I couldn't be happier with the pack. I have packed it with a 60m rope, two harnesses, dozen quick draws, several slings, a static rope, two helmets and two pairs of shoes and food/snacks.

    Work Horse

This is a fantastic "large rack" pack. I live in Moab and climb in the Creek full time. I carry a triple rack, 80m cord, dog waters, my own water, and often a drill and kit. A big and heavy load for sure. The pack carries really comfortable! I am 5'11', I use the M/L and its perfect. I also am on my third Creek 50 pack and since I have gotten the Stone 45, the Creek 50 often sits in the Garage. A few things I really like about the pack besides its comfort: When its loaded, and I am hiking up hill and look up at the cliff, my head is not constricted from the top of the pack. Another thing is that you can buy it in a "nickel" color. I never understood why the Creek 50 only comes in black? It is the desert and is hot as (you know) out there. Thank you BD for this awesome pack. Don't change a thing!

    Solid pack

I've had this pack for about 1 year and climb every weekend. Holds up well and packs all necessary gear. The pitfall for me is be comfort. The shoulder straps are a bit uncomfortable and the hip belt sits high. Overall I really like this pack.
