    Great Commuter Bag

With the best suspension system in the business this bag is super versatile. Great for bike commuting and day hikes. Would be perfect if it had a rain cover and/or a place to stash one.

Great day pack, good climbing pack.

This is one of the most comfortable backpacks I have owned in 45 years. In addition to a general hiking pack, I use it as a multi pitch climbing pack to carry water and food on long climbs. I much prefer this pack on a climb to my speed 40 because it moves with my body much better almost disappearing.

As a day pack it is very nice because it is long enough to match my torso's length thus the waist belt is useful. The reactive harness system really works too.

A few changes would make it much better. The waist belt should have gear loops rather than pockets(similar to speed), waist belt should cinch towards the rear rather than the front, the waist belt straps are excessively long (it is easy enough to cut the straps to a more reasonable length). A velcro loop to hang the water bladder from would be a big improvement over the current loop. I cannot hang my osprey water bladder in this pack but the camelbak bladder with a hook works.

    Solid Day Pack

Nice all-season, but not all-terrain day-pack. I've used this for everything from cycling, crag approaches, easy ski tours and hiking for the past couple years. Skins fit easily in side or rear flap for laps." Down "jackies" stash nicely. Good capacity and fits snug if your don't overload it.
