    Simple Solution

    This was a simple solution that seems to have greatly helped with foot and leg numbness. Not sure if it was this or all the stretching-but, I am now experiencing almost no numbness! Placed under upper hamstrings for extra support. Simple...but, effective-at least for me.

    Cloud 10 Under Leg/Lumbar Support

    I got this to put behind my seat while kayaking and it works great, but surprisingly I love it while it is under my legs. It really helps me stay comfortable while out on the water and I am less sore after.
