How do I sign up?
Simply create an account at Outdoorplay.com to sign up and start earning Rewards. You will receive 250 points just for signing up!
How do I check my balance?
Simply log in to your account at Outdoorplay.com and click the Rewards link at the top of the screen. Once you are logged in, this page will serve as your personal rewards portal. Your point balance is located at the top of the page.
How do I apply my points?
You'll be able to redeem your points for discounts at the checkout.
If you are using a smartphone or mobile device, click Show order summary at the top of the checkout and use the dropdown to choose your discount amount. Then click the blue arrow to apply the discount you selected.
If you are using a desktop computer, use the slider in the right sidebar of the checkout to select your discount amount and then click Redeem.
Your points will be automatically converted into a discount code and applied to your order.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after your last order date, unless you make another purchase within that timeframe.
Can I use my points for Shipping or Taxes?
Your points can only be applied to items in your cart, they cannot be used on shipping or taxes.
I have two accounts. Can I transfer my rewards from one to the other?
Yes, we can disable the account that you no longer use and transfer the points balance to your new account. Click here to contact us for help consolidating your accounts.
Do I need to Opt-In if I'm an existing Club Member?
If you're an existing club member you have been transferred to the new Outdoorplay Rewards program, please look for an email from us to review the transfer.
My points are in pending status. What does that mean?
Pending status means you have points on the way - your points will be awarded 30 days after your order is paid unless you return your items.
What happens when I level up to a new tier?
When you reach a new spend threshold, you will automatically move into the next loyalty tier, which will unlock new rewards and exclusive benefits. See the table above for details about the benefits of each tier.
How do I access my account?
Your Rewards account is connected to your Outdoorplay.com account. Simply log in to Outdoorplay to access your account. Click the Rewards button at the top of the screen to see details about your points balance, tier and benefits.
What do I receive once the refer a friend is completed?
If your friend purchases via Outdoorplay through your referral, 1500 points will automatically be added to your account.
Who do you partner with to plant trees?
We partner with Eden Reforestation Projects, a US registered chairty. Eden Reforestation Projects reduces extreme poverty and restores healthy forests by employing local villagers to plant millions of trees every year. Eden takes a holistic approach to reforestation and ecological restoration. They partner with villages committed to restoring their forest, and then hire and train locals to plant new trees. The reforestation provides the villagers with consistent income that helps them provide for their families. The villagers protect their new forests because they have a vested interest in them, and as a result, the seedling survival rate is an astounding 80%. When natural generation is factored in, the rate is even higher. Only native trees are ever planted.
Who do you partner with to remove waste from the ocean?
We partner with Empower AS. Empower operates by setting up collection points around the world together with local partners (NGOs or charities). Once set up, these partners issue financial rewards in exchange for plastic deposits. All plastic is digitally registered upon collection, allowing Empower to trace the recovered plastic back up the supply chain, and keeping tabs on how it ends up being reused. The plastic is cleaned up by underprivileged locals in poor communities. The plastic collection is a huge opportunity for these waste pickers, as they are given a stable amount of money per kilo of plastic collected. Locals that choose to be waste pickers can multiply their daily income – which for them means food, security and opportunity.

Welcome to the terms and conditions for the Outdoorplay Rewards program. These terms are between you and Outdoorplay, and govern our respective rights and obligations. If you register for membership, you accept these terms.

As a member of the Outdoorplay Rewards program you are able to earn points on eligible items across the Outdoorplay store, these points can then be redeemed for vouchers which are able to be used on future orders.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your membership or these benefits.
We may in our discretion change these terms and general conditions of use without notice to you.
Termination by Us:
We may terminate the Outdoorplay Rewards program and all memberships at our discretion without notice.
