Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I no longer store my kayak outdoors under a kayak cover. I recently bought a Harken Hoister and now store my kayak in the garage. It is so easy to hoist the kayak out of the way. The installation was very easy. I spent most of my time cleaning out the garage and moving things in the garage to make space for the kayak. I really like the Hoister.

I have installed two of your excellent Hoisters in my carport. They operate effortlessly and are a huge upgrade over the system that I had previously invented (mine felt like I was lifting skiboats instead of kayaks)! Thanks for the great design of your product and the quick delivery.
