Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I've used these to hike into Gunnison Gorge in Colorado, Eagle Creek in Oregon, and a bunch of other rivers in between. It's the next-best thing to having a Sherpa to carry your boat for you! The new pack system also makes is easier than ever to store in the boat once the hiking's over and the paddling starts.
