Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Just used this on a 9-day trip. Charts stayed dry. The material is flexible and good quality. I purchased the largest size NRS offers. It would be nice if they made on even larger.
