Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. I had a set of these installed on my Aire Force Kayak and a set of the Aire Brand Thigh straps on my Aire Lynx 1 kayak. I found these to be far more functional than the aire brand as they are much, much easier to adjust on the fly. I was constantly struggling with the Aire brand so I replaced them with the NRS brand of thigh strap and would highly recommend these for all IK craft.

These straps are strong enough to actually use for rolling an IK (if you can do it). The cam strap may need to be backed up with an overhand knot to keep it from slipping under high force.

I have 2 sets of these, one in an AIRE Lynx I for me and one in a NRS Bantdit I for my wife. We both love them. Fully adj and stay tight to lock you in your IK. Like these better than the AIRE ones as they have metal buckles (AIRE's have plastic).

I use my straps on my Aire Lynx, and do some pretty good water. I had a set of the older model NRS straps with the metal buckles...a big Class IV bent those buckles, I lost the strap. This improved design with the cams and one piece construction is great so far. Cams don't slip, and they are much easier to adjust on the fly.
