Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Solid pieces of equipment and at a good price. Combination of the two work well together and it is easy to move rope through the belay device. Good stopping power, the grooves seems to catch quicker and hold stronger.

Used both for belay and rappel. Just a simple ATC, easy to use. Fits our 10.1mm rope without difficulty.

I used this product to belay persons weighing around 150lbs and it worked perfectly. Whether I needed a great deal of friction or I wanted to let rope out, the belay device worked great. I also used this product for rappelling on a single strand and two strands of rope, and both ways worked great with this device.
