Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

It has molded rubber-grip handles, bungee deck lacing, padded seat, mesh accessory pocket, tracking skeg and foam floor. This multi-use boat is for anyone who enjoys the water. From lakes and mild rivers, to bays and estuaries, Lagoon 1 Inflatable Kayak is a delight to get on the water quickly without lugging around a heavy cumbersome hard-shell boat.
We have owned 2 of these kayaks for 6 years. They have 2 separate inflation chambers, so if one ever fails, you're still afloat. It's so portable - no roofrack required, and weighs as much as a heavy suitcase. We paddle on the ocean for a half mile or so, and they are comfortable. The floor is inflatable, so your rear end doesn't get cold. There is no skirt for this kayak, so water can come in. It's not a super fast kayak, and sometimes it doesn't run true but veers to one side a bit, but for this price and convenience of carrying in the trunk it's great. The fabric has been pretty durable, and easy to clean because the floor and flotation chambers come out easily.
