Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I bought this case several months ago to protect my camera, (since a soft case just wasn't protecting it enough.) And it's worked great. It seem very durable, but I haven't abused it to much (other than it being thrown around in my backpack). It's just about the perfect fit for my Kodak MD1063 camera. (It's a little too deep, but that turned out to be a good thing, since now I use that extra space to store spare SD cards and a SD card reader. And between those and the camera it all fits perfectly.)

This case is diesel. No question about it. It can take bumps and drops and keeps my Panasonic zs3 in perfect condition.The camera fits perfectly in there. It does attract dust,etc but that can be easily cleaned with some soap and water. This was perfect on my euro trip - just tossed the case/camera in my bag and off i went. no worry or concern about damaging it. I also used the case on my snowboard trip. again in the backpack - sometimes laying on my back - no concern about the security of the camera.
