Good so far. We have taken this on many trips and it has preformed well. Bikes securely sit on the arms and do not rub each other. Having the ability to fold down the rack giving access to the back hatch is wonderful.

This is the best hitch rack i've had. Easy to use and bikes safely lock to rack and rack to hitch.
