Our return policy is designed to give customers peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of the products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, you can take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your item(s) for a refund within 60 days of purchase as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in the original manufacturer's packaging, which include any hang tags to receive a refund. This means the item(s) must be returned in the state you received it. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit. Once the return has been received by our Returns Department, we will process your refund within 72 hours. This will show on your next statement, and depending on your bank; it may take a full billing cycle for it to post to your account.
- New, unopened, unused item(s) will be issued a full refund of the item(s) to the original form of payment. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Used and undamaged item(s) or any return outside of our return policy will be issued a store credit.
Return By Mail:
Please carefully pack your item(s) securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the item(s) being returned damaged during transit.
- Please fill out the Return Form on the back of your packing slip and mail it back to:

- If you do not have your original packing slip, simply click the Return Form link below and fill out the information.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are handled within 7-10 business days from the date our warehouse receives your return; however, during peak periods, it can take up to 2 weeks. Refunds will be completed within 72 hours of your return being processed.
Please note, we reserve the right to include a processing fee in some instances, which would be deducted from your refund.
- A 10% fee will be deducted from the refund for item(s) that require cleaning.
- Undeliverable or refused orders will be refunded to the original form of payment; however, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Direct exchanges of an item(s) are not possible at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, you may return your original item(s) for a full refund of the item(s) and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item(s). Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return item(s).
eGift Cards are not eligible for returns (may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
All of the products we carry are from the top name brands in the industry and come with a full manufacturer warranty covering product defects. Please include the order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item(s), including the defective area. Generally speaking, the warranty process can take 4-10 weeks or longer, depending on the manufacturer.
