I love this rack! It's quick and easy to install on the hitch and I really like the ease of lowering or raising the rack with the pull of the handle. It is kinda heavy, but understandable to hold the heavy E-bikes. It took me a while to pull the trigger on this purchase, but after a bunch of research and going back and fourth I'm glad I went with this one. I highly recommend this rack.

Was easy to use and lock. Bike went on with no problem. It is also light and easy to move around.
