/ Therm-A-Rest NeoAir Uberlight Sleeping Pad
- AAnonymousI recommend this productRated 5 stars2 years agoQuite and comfy
This pad is a backpacker's dream for moderate to cold weather. The combination of being lightweight, very packable and the "R" value can't be beat. I used it twice this past winter for cold weather backpacking and it exceeded my expectations for performance. It's noisy so if being discrete is important that might be a drawback but to me, that's a fair trade off for the warmth. It's a good size for anyone that wants a full pad head to foot. The other drawback is price but when you're freezing in a pup tent with a cheaper pad, the price will seem well worth it.Was this helpful?

I have owned many sleeping pads including other Therm-a-rest pads. This one is absolutely my favorite. It packs down small and is very light especially considering the R value. For comparison sake I took my Klymit Static V and tried it the first night @ 35 degrees. I was a little chilly in my 30 degree bag. The next night I used the NeoAir and I was too hot. I had to unzip and take off my wool shirt. It is very comfortable and seems pretty durable for an inflatable pad. I bought the wider model as being able to rest my arms on the pad is a big plus and worth the extra couple ounces. This is also great for side sleeping. It does make some noise when moving around but who really cares. I would buy it all over again. Great product. Was this helpful?

I am in the military and use this sleeping pad frequently. It is great at containing you body heat and keeping you warm. It is super easy to blow up and does not take long! Was this helpful?
