Easy to access items; zipper works freely. I took the plastic insert out and it lightened the bag considerably. Four starts because of the design where it uses plastic clips instead of toggle buckles. I'd rather loop the nylon under the deck rigging and then fasten it with a buckle near the bag. It would look better and be less prone to damage the kayaks decals and finish.

This is a decent deck bag. The size is average. It doesn't appear to be waterproof, but it is water
resistant. The only improvement I would suggest is to have uncrushable inserts to make the upper part of the bag hold an open shape.
