This is the best bouldering shoe out there! They have a soft and sensitive midsole. You can feel everything in these but you can still edge like a pro. The heel is the best on the market it is way better at least for my foot.

Soft mid sole, stiff(er) toe box for edging when you need it but mostly it's a soft and sensitive shoe which totally kills it in the caves and on steep terrain. Definitely the best Toe-Hooking shoe in the Sportiva line as far as I am concerned. The S heel is rad as well, I prefer it over the Solution heel. Love the Skwama!

Great shoe for steep terrain. If it fits your foot well you will love this shoe! I have high arches and high volume and this shoe fits great, men's 10 in street shoes. The softer sole allows for great sensation while smearing on small edges. A snug fit seems best for me.
