Bending Branches Expedition Plus Canoe Paddle - The Expedition Plus Canoe Paddle by Bending Branches is a bomb-proof paddle that stands up under the extreme conditions of long wilderness trips and whitewater. Made of closed grain, light weight, durable hardwoods, this paddle is both attractive and versatile, for the paddlers who take their time on the water more seriously. Designed for flat water cruising on lakes and rivers, but rugged enough for heavy use. The strong 18 laminate ovalized shaft, and resin-tipped blade is good for wilderness tripping. Paddlers who require endurance and control will love the T-Grip and Rockgard protection from tip to 6 inches up the shaft. The 4-ounce fiberglass blade wrap and new rounded blade corners reduce chipping and further protects the red alder, basswood and roasted basswood blade for maximum durability. When the tough get going, make sure you go with your Bending Branches Expedition Plus Canoe Paddle.

Rockguard Tip Protection - The tip of every Bending Branches paddle is protected with exclusive Rockgard technology. This proprietary technology - derived from the same material as inline skate wheels - maintains the integrity of the paddle, seals against moisture and protects the most vulnerable areas - the tips and edges. This unmatched shock absorption helps these wood paddles last up to six times longer than those without protection. When you hold Rockgard technology in your hands, you can feel confident that your paddle will give you what you need, when you need it....and come back for more.
