Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Sizing for Mountain Hardwear Women's Cohesion Jacket:
I brought this jacket camping with me this weekend (thank goodness). I
had to leave the tent in the middle of the T-storm on Friday night for a
couple minutes (not fun by the way) and when I got back in my lower
half was soaking from the rain but my top half was toasty dry! This
jacket is super thin and light which makes it great in the hot summer
rain. The hood is big and has a bill so it kept the rain off my face for
the most part. All of the outside pockets have special zippers that
keep every drop of water out. The jacket is long so it covers your whole
torso and then some. I was nervous buying this without any customer
reviews to go off of, but I'm glad I did it!

This product is really great. The material is fantastic and its
surprisingly comfortable for a hardshell. The arm pocket is perfect for
a credit card, license, etc on runs or hikes. Additionally, the hood
is extremely adjustable and can fit over a helmet for climbs. It is so
adjustable in every way, and it keeps the water out. Other jackets are
cheaper (I have the patagonia torrentshell) but this one works best, in
my experience.
