I can remember the day I purchased my kayak. I just finished a demo in a Pungo 140 in Michigan and called you while I was driving back to Windsor Ontario excited to purchase one from you.  I have been out in it approx 8 times in the last 2 weeks. The temperatures here ( Windsor , Ontario Canada ...a bordering city to Detroit Michigan ) have been in the 60's.  I promised you some pictures so here they are. Feel free to post them on the site. I absolutely love the boat. It handles extremely well.  I have paddled in the Detroit River with all sorts of watercrafts speeding past me, including Lake freighters! The waves were crazy.  Thanks again for everything. Customer service was 2nd to none!

I had to email you to say WOW, you guys (and gals) are awesome!  After some disappointment with a local kayak store (who would have thought a kayak store in Missoula, Montana would be so rude, and overpriced!) I set out to find a reliable online source for my kayak gear.  Within minutes I came across your site.  I was impressed by the customer reviews and the competitive prices, but the thing that sold me on your site was the Outdoor Players Club, which made the most annoying part of online shopping, shipping, a moot point.  The 15% discount was just an added (but very welcome!) benefit.  It was not until today, however, that I realized how great your site is and why I will not shop anywhere else for my kayak gear.

Two days ago I ordered some wetshoes and a Yakima kayak rack from your site.  When the order arrived today, instead of receiving the Yakima kayak rack, I got a set of Yakima tie downs.  When I called your customer service department I expected the same attitude of most online vendors; apathy, antagonism, etc...  I was, however, quite surprised when I actually received a sincere apology and a quick fix!  Even after I offered to send the tie down straps back, I was told not to worry, it was their fault.  I am very impressed.

I will, whenever possible, shop only from Outdoorplay and encourage my friends to do the same.  Thanks and keep up the great work! Thanks again,

I just wanted to drop you a note and say how much I appreciated your hooking me up last Sunday. That was without a doubt the most fun I've had on the river. Adam is a most-excellent instructor! I will recommend him, and your store to anyone who will listen. He clearly knows what he's doing was able to get the message through to me (sometimes that's no easy task). Whether or not I did any of it, might be a different story. I was seriously considering giving up paddling before Adam took me out, now there's no chance of keeping me out of my kayak. A month or two of practicing and I will be talking with you about another lesson.

I took a 2 day beginner course from Adam and Maury last weekend with 2 of my friends. I just wanted to let you know what a great time I had and how impressed I was with Adam and Maury. I am renting from you this weekend to get back out on the water and practice more current travel and rolls so that I can take advantage of some of the more challenging rivers that your area has to offer.
