Good Morning Jason, To say I am in Shock is an understatement!! I received a call this morning at 8:15 am from the shipping company - My Kayaks were out for delivery!! They are here already !! What can I say?? Less than 36 hours for delivery, now how can you beat that service?!? My only problem now is that I will not even get to go to the cabin until Friday night,, but oh, how excited I am.. All I can say, is Thank you, and as soon as I get there, I will let you know how everything fits, and works... Adam, I wanted to pass on what a pleasure it was dealing with Outdoorplay.com. I especially wanted to thank you for taking time to respond to the stock status of my order. I had been trying to purchase a kayak from a local store for over a month. They were unable to give me a timeline for when the kayak might arrive. I had to keep calling every few days to see what arrived or would be arriving.

Luckily I discovered Outdoorplay.com. I ordered my boat on 6/16 and picked it up from the shipping company on 6/20 because I couldn't wait to get out on the water. Everything arrived as ordered in perfect condition. I've spent the last two weekends at Lake Mead on the outskirts of Las Vegas. I'm having a great time!

Hi. I recently bought a kayak and accessories from Outdoorplay.  From my first look at your website I have been impressed.  Your site is easy to use and informative. Your staff is helpful, patient with questions, and knowledgeable.  It was easy to track delivery of my kayak and it arrived promptly.  I then ordered accessories and again found your staff to be friendly and helpful.  I worked with Alexis, John (?) and one other man, all of whom were great.  When it seemed my hatch was leaking (I bought the Dagger Blackwater 10.5), John (?) offered suggestions for finding the leak and promised to help me remedy the situation once I identified it.  I have told a couple of friends about you and one has already done some business with you. She was equally impressed with every aspect of her interactions with Outdoor Play.

Good job and much thanks.  The world is not necessarily a friendly place for consumers these days. Your standards for quality are rare and commendable.

I recently ordered a paddle from outdoorplay.com. Unfortunately, when I received it, the paddle was not the degree feather that I ordered. So, I called your 800 number. At your 800 number, I spoke with Chris Murphy.
Chris provided outstanding customer support. I told him about the problem with the order. I was impressed with the personal ownership he took for resolving my problem. Through the process, he provided clear instructions, contacted me with follow up calls before the time promised, and demonstrated that he knew how to solve my problem.
Chris instilled confidence in me as a customer, that he had the knowledge and ability to follow through.
For Outdoorplay, he took what could have been a negative customer experience - an incorrectly shipped order and return process - and turned it in to as positive experience as possible. I will order from Outdoorplay again.

ODP, you shipped the boat on Mon. and I received a call on Fri. that the boat was in Rock Island, Ill., I could not believe it could be that fast! Being in the trucking industry and in and out of various freight docks, I was interested to see what condition the boat would be in. Could not believe how well it was wrapped, and there was not a scratch, scuff, or any indication that the boat had anything but a pleasant ride to it's new water wonderland.
I want to thank Victoria and the ODP staff for help in picking out the right equipment. I feel very comfortable in dealing with ODP, will recommend ODP to anyone looking for equipment.

I just wanted to say a huge big 'Thank-you' to you and Outdoorplay.com for all the help with the purchase of our Kayaks. It's kind of strange when you read on a web-site about Testimonials etc... - I always take them with a large pinch of salt, or at least I did.
However, I can honestly say that not only were the products and prices of what you sell amazing (as well as the free shipping), but your service is almost insane! I ended up ordering Kayaks for my girlfriend and myself last Friday - late morning. The Kayaks were delivered (in perfect shape!) before 10am on Monday morning - that's less than one business day!
I have 2 theories about this:
1-A mistake was made, and our goods were sent by air overnight. This cannot be though - because they came ground (all the way to Denver).
2-.... actually I can't think of another plausible reason !!! It's just unbelievable.
Also - the spray-skirts we bought were not exactly what we were looking for - a 5 minute phone call, and new skirts were on their way, and ours on their way back - no hassle whatsoever.
I have no hesitation in recommending your service - in fact I will do to anyone that I can. I hope that people learn about your service - it's definately in their interest! Good to see that eBusiness rocks after all.
Finally - again, a big thank-you to you for all of your advice during this purchase - I can't wait to get out on the Dagger Crossover I bought.

Dear Victoria, A very impressive experience, you and Outdoorplay.

For the record: I have used a wide range of recreational kayaks and touring/seagoing kayaks. Most recreational kayaks are dogs, in that they don't track or glide as well as the long, narrow beamed touring types. The Necky Gannet is delightfully different. The Necky Gannet is a beauty in terms of tracking, very good glide for it's size, and light weight. The skeg works very well and at a fraction of the weight of a rudder system. I have MS but can still easily car top this one to our nearby mountain lakes. I like it so much this is my second one!

I also just purchased an Old Town canoe for fishing with a friend, I hope in the future you will carry them as well.

The kayaks made it in good condition. We put them in the water in a local lake near KL over the weekend. It was a blast! I have never kayaked before and I am sold. We managed to explore some out-of-the-way corners of the lake and saw some great wildlife (kingfishers, hawks, monkeys). Best decision we ever made. It was also a pleasure doing business with you guys. You have a great outfit. Thank you for your excellent service. We will try and get you some pictures of us in the jungles of Malaysia.

I'm Speechless! My son decided that he wanted to get into the kayak experience and his father and I thought that Valentines would be a good time to get him the kayak he kept hinting for. I went thru the internet and found your site. I knew next to nothing about the different kayaks and only had less than a week to get the boat to my son in Florida. I was lucky enough to be able to talk to Eric. Although Eric could have gotten me to purchase most anything due to my lack of knowledge, he spent a great deal of time and phone calls to find me exactly what I was looking for and although he would have liked to sell me from his store, because he couldn't guarantee delivery in a week, he actually found someone in the same city as my son that had an amazing deal! I don't know what the northwest is like, but here in Florida you're lucky to get someone to acknowledge you're there let alone spend the time that this company did! Thanks, I checked your site out and found a premium drytop I have wanted. Called an 800 number to check on availability and talked to a very helpful and competent employee. He made the necessary arrangements, called me back to confirm everything I needed was on hand, and the deal was done. A few hours later, he emailed a written confirmation that my order was on the way. About three days later, a package arrived at my door, everything was in order, including a free t shirt, mini biner, and a personal, handwritten note thanking me for doing business with the company. I was delighted. Seems the company is owned by "Tree", a well-known paddler and significant force in American Whitewater, one of my favorite do-good organizations.

Just wanted to let you know that I did get my Glide and that I thank you dearly for your wonderful team of workers there, including Alexa and Adam. They were VERY courteous and understanding of my predicament. I tried out my Glide today and I have to say that this boat is a definite keeper. I was tearin' up the four pointer cartwheels on the eddy-lines, which surprised my friend who has been paddling for seven years now (he paddles an Attak). I just wanted to drop you a note and say how much I appreciated your hooking me up last Sunday. That was without a doubt the most fun I've had on the river. Adam is a most-excellent instructor! I will recommend him, and your store to anyone who will listen. He clearly knows what he's doing was able to get the message through to me (sometimes that's no easy task). Whether or not I did any of it, might be a different story. I was seriously considering giving up paddling before Adam took me out, now there's no chance of keeping me out of my kayak. A month or two of practicing and I will be talking with you about another lesson.

I took a 2 day beginner course from Adam and Maury last weekend with 2 of my friends. I just wanted to let you know what a great time I had and how impressed I was with Adam and Maury. I am renting from you this weekend to get back out on the water and practice more current travel and rolls so that I can take advantage of some of the more challenging rivers that your area has to offer.
