Product Returns, Warranties, and Exchanges

Product Returns:
We are happy to accept product returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. The returned product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging.

Warranties:
We ensure that every product is covered under a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to defective merchandise. Product must be received with its original packaging in order to be processed. All products that are defective are first handled through the manufacturer. Credit options may not apply.

Exchanges:
We understand there may be circumstances with accessories that require an exchange, such as size. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any new and unused purchase in the original packaging. Please have the original order number from your packing list at the time of the return request. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package. Include your packing slip (or a copy of it) and wrap the item securely. Exchanges will be issued upon receipt of goods back at the Outdoorplay warehouse. After inspection of the product's shape and condition, Outdoorplay will send out your exchange. No returns are accepted if the product has been used.

Special Notes:

Damaged In Shipping:
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately via e-mail at customerservice@outdoorplay.com or call us at (800) 994-4327. Please include your order number (found on packing slip) and the name of the carrier.

Used and Sale Items:
There are no warranties or returns on used kayaks, used equipment or sale items. Used kayaks, used equipment and sale items are sold "AS IS."

Fulfillment Errors:
If we make an error in fulfilling your order, we will pay shipping on the return, and we will ship out your exchange at no charge.

Special Orders:
We are happy to special order any product available to us via our manufacturers. Minimum order of $250 is required. Please note, however, that given the special nature of these orders, we cannot accept their return or exchange.
