Mission Statement
The NOWR exists to facilitate whitewater rodeo events in North America. A whitewater rodeo is a fun, friendly gathering of paddlers and communities engaged in an event which showcases a whitewater skills competition. The event shall promote river and water resource protection and access, and publicize both current issues and related organizations.
