Returns and Exchanges


Product Returns:

We understand that sometimes the item you ordered is not what you expected, so we happily accepts product returns.

Process:

Our product return process is very simple. Just fill out the back of the invoice you receive with your order and send it with the item(s) you wish to return to the address provided. It’s that easy!

Details:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • The returned item must be unused & in the original manufacturer packaging w/ hang tags attached.
  • We recommend you insure your package when returning. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All items will be inspected upon arrival at Outdoorplay. Following a satisfactory inspection, your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount.
  • We process returns every 72 hours. Your credit may take up to 30 days to show on your statement.

Product Exchanges:

Did you order the wrong size, color, or product? No problem, just find the item you do want on our website, add it to your cart, and checkout. We’ll get your exchange shipped immediately so there is no delay! Then follow the instructions above to return the original item.

Special Considerations:

Shipping Damage – Please contact us immediately if you receive an order that has been damaged during shipping
Restocking Fee – We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in certain situations
