Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I purchased two sets to carry two kayaks on our 2005 Honda CRV. They mounted easily on the factory roof rack and I secured them from theft with the optional SKS (Same Key System) locks. Loading and securing the kayaks, on their side, on the Bowdown is easy (with the use of a foot stool to reach and pull the straps over the kayak). The kayaks are very secure and we were able to travel at highway speed without concern. The racks fold and lock in the down position when not in use, thus not having to take them off to park in our garage. I would give them five stars except when driving they whistle. I was able to isolate the whistle to the waffle configuration on the top of the racks. I highly recommend them.

I bought this rack mainly because they look smart on my car and very functional. Very easy to install and easy to put the kayak on. But if your kayak is heavy, you will need other person to help you. Especially depend on the maker of the car or how tall you are. But over all it worth paying little more to get this rack and I am very happy with them.

Very satisfied with this exceptional product. The installation was easy, and installing the Same Key Lock System was quick and simple, and provides security. The BowDown racks are very well made and their design offers great protection for the kayak. They fold down easily and present a low profile when not in use.
